The client is launching the ReNEW Project, which involves the construction of a new Belgium headquarters. The selected consultant will act as the Project Manager / Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Digital/IT-related aspects of the building project, ensuring alignment between construction activities and digital infrastructure, systems, and policies

Requirements:
• Strong Project Management experience (enterprise-scale projects)
• Broad IT / Digital knowledge
• Network infrastructure
• Cybersecurity principles
• Enterprise IT environments

Desirable:
• Familiarity with EcoStruxure / EBO / PME / BDP environments
• Experience with smart buildings / digital infrastructure projects is a strong advantage

Ideal candidate profile:
• Senior IT Project Manager with infrastructure & digital transformation exposure
• Experience working on construction / facility / smart building projects (nice to have)
• Comfortable operating as a bridge between business, construction, and IT teams

Duties:
• Act as the main SPOC for all digital topics within the project
• Anticipate and assess digital impacts across project phases
• Participate in project governance and stakeholder meetings
Specifications & Documentation:
• Support drafting of digital requirements in contractual documents (e.g., cabling, UPS, fire systems)
• Define and formalize technical specifications for special use cases (e.g., labs, meeting rooms, mobile coverage)
• Ensure solutions meet cybersecurity, sustainability, and data standards
Solution Design & Implementation:
• Contribute to design of robust digital architectures and infrastructure
• Oversee network architecture deployment (excluding certain electrical/security systems)
• Coordinate delivery of certified digital solutions
Execution & Coordination:
• Launch and manage internal digital projects and processes
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external partners/vendors
• Ensure alignment between business needs and digital execution
